D-ONE Preseason Program is designed to get our athletes in shape with a focus is on Mental Toughness! Athletes who make it through this program are going to be ready for the mental and physical demands of their upcoming seasons. Practices will consist of live wrestling, drill matches, sparring, speed and agility training, and strength and conditioning. Typical ages for this training season are 9 – 18 years old.

Cost: Entire Program costs $350. We also offer a pay per session price of $25 per practice if you cannot commit to the entire season.

Sign ups: Once you RSVP you will be contacted by Coach Maurer or Coach Coughlin to be placed in the group that will best fit your son/daughter.
