Group 1 wrestlers will learn the basics in the sport of wrestling. They will also learn body mechanics, tumbling, flexibility, and core strength. The focus of this group is to get them started off with wrestling correctly and have fun doing it. We do not compete at this level. Practice is far greater than competition at this stage of the sport. Many kids learn bad habits in competition and have a hard time breaking those bad habits. We will simulate a controlled, competitive, and fun atmosphere in the practice room.
Practices Schedule for Group 1 (There will be no practices on 11/24, 11/25)
Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:30-5:30
Payments for this program can be made in our office on first day of practice. We accept cash, check, or credit cards. All checks can be made out to MCWC.
Two types of memberships
- Monthly Membership ($120). Membership Payments are due the first practice of each month.
- Pay Per sessions ($25). Pay per session payments are due before each practice.
