Our Top and Bottom Camp will help wrestlers score more easily in these positions which will lead to long term success. It is extremely important, especially if an athlete has goals of wrestling in college, to be technical and smart in these two positions. Athletes will learn correct POSITIONING, set ups, tilts, pinning combinations, escapes, reversals, how to create a scramble, and new/different concepts in these positions.

Please be sure to bring a snack for the break and a water bottle for practice.
