Handfighting is a HUGE part of wrestling. Most of the matches wrestled takes place in the neutral position. We are constantly handfighting to set up our takedowns or to get/keep an advantageous position over our opponent. It takes a lot of skill and grit to be great at it. Once you come to this camp you will learn all the necessary tools to be great at handfighting! Age groups for this camp will be Middle School and High School or Elite Elementary wrestlers who are familiar with MCWC system.

CAMP PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

Practice…1:00-2:30

Break…2:30-3:00

Practice…3:00-4:30

PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT R.E. MICHEL PARKING LOT. IF PARKING LOT FILLS JUST DOUBLE PARK SOMEONE IN. SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE

Please be sure to bring a snack for the break and a water bottle for practice.

Parents/Guardians will not be allowed to stay in lobby. Drop off only.
